If you get the chance to visit our brick-and-mortar tailor shop to order your first tailor-made suit, we recommend you to do so. It's always better to touch the fabrics and see the various colors and patterns in person. We can also recommend you the style and cut appropriate for your body type. Our tailor will take your measures as well so you don't need to bother with self measurement. As soon as your first order is complete, we will set up an account on our website for you with uploaded measures of your body so you can use your profile for any future orders through our eshop.

Yes, booking an appointment in advance is necessary mainly for safing your time. We want to provide each our costomer with superb service which requires full involvement of all our staff during each individual appointment. Choosing the desired fabrics and styles and proper measurement can be sometimes time consuming. If you visit our shop without booking an appointment beforehand, we might not be able to pay full attention to you until our staff will be available, which might cause problems on both sides. Therefore we kindly ask you to book a date and time for your appointment in advance.
Duration of each individual appointment can vary, but in most cases takes approximately one hour. You will get the unique opportunity to choose the desired fabrics, discuss the preffered style and cut of your suits and shirts and if you visit our brand shop for the first time, we will also take your measures.
For the best result we recommend to all our customers to attend the meeting with our tailor wearing suit pants an shirt (not jeans). If you have a specific idea how your new suit or shirt should look like, you can also bring the desired photo cut out from a fashion catalog or downloaded for the Internet.
We can not start with the tailoring of your products until you pay 50% of the final price of whole order. Paid deposit is guarantee for us, that you will accept the delivery of finished products. Products that you ordered are tailored exactly according to your prefferences and You can pay in cash or by bank (wire) transfer.
We accept payments in cash and bank (wire) transfers. In case of bank (wire) transfers invoice will be sent to your email after We kindly inform you that credit and debit cards payment are currently not available in our brand shop.
Customers whose body measures are oversized (usually heigth over 190 cm or weight over 100 kg) are charged for extra fabrics, that are necessary to use for tailoring their garments. This surcharge is up to 10% of the total price of order (according to our pricelist). The exact amount of the surcharge will be known as soon as our tailor finish cutting the fabrics.
The fitting of all your garments will be arranged in 4 weeks after payment of the deposit.
After first fitting all required alterations (shortening or lengthening of sleeves or pants, taking in of jacket or pants, etc) are made free of charge. However, customers cannot request changing of style parameters which differs from original order free of charge (for example changing the style of lapel, pockets,
Most orders are finished and delivered to our customers in 5 weeks after the original order (respectively after the payment of deposit). If you need to get your suit and shirts earlier, we will try our best to deliver in shortest possible time, although we cannot guarantee that. In these cases we might charge you for using express delivery services.
