Shipping and delivery

1) Are there any other charges apart from the price of products, that I need to pay before obtaining the parcel?

All products available in our eshop are tailored and sent to you directly from Thailand. Possible VAT and customs duty are not included in the prices. There is an exemption quota in most countries that allows some merchandise, depending on the value of the package, to be received free from taxes and duties. The exemption quota varies from country to country. Since these types of taxes and charges are subject to change at any time (and often change from day to day), we cannot incorporate these charges into the shipping charge at payment. For more information on this, please check with your local customs office.

2) My parcel was held at Customs, what I should do now?

Contact you local Custom office to get more information. Usually you just need to send them additional documents before the parcel is cleared. If case you need any assist from us, please contact us on eshop@petervenett.com, in urgent cases call us on +420777898840. 

3) How long will it take to receive my order?

Normally we deliver in 4 weeks after your payment. However we cannot quarantee the delivery times. In some cases parcel can be delayed at Customs.  

4) What delivery options are available?

Normally we ship by EMS Post. Each parcel has unique tracking number so you can check the movement of your parcel anytime. We will send you the tracking number as soon as we ship the parcel to your address. 

5) What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide.

6) I need to change shipping address, how I can do that?

Please contact us on eshop@petervenett.com. Send us your order number and new address that you want us to ship to.
